The study focused on analyzing and categorizing Type-1252 durum wheat kernels. The type-1252 durum wheat is the primary component in pasta and semolina products widely cultivated in Turkey. The wheat kernels were selected according to their vitreousness and grouped into different types such as Vitreous, Starchy, Foreign Matters, Mixture of All Durum Wheat, and Foreign Matters, and identified as Durum Wheat.
