The study site is a wheat field phenotyping platform in Gréoux les Bains, France. A potential application of the dataset is the estimation of wheat ear density. The image annotated type is bounding boxes around each identified ear using the LABELIMG graphical image annotation tool. Each image typically contained between 80 to 170 ears.
