DeepAI A deep learning-based isotropic super-resolution method for volume electron microscopy image
Introduction
This software provides an isotropic super-resolution reconstruction tool of volume electron microscopy image based on deep learning, which has the following characteristics:
1) Model training is carried out in a self-supervised way and does not require the groundtruth with isotropic resolution.
2) Applicable to a variety of volume electron microscopy modalities, including ssTEM, ssSEM, SBF-SEM.
3) Anisotropic recovery of several times to ten times can be performed, and the reconstruction performance is better than the existing methods.
