Gene Description	a PAP(Purple acid phosphatases )-encoding gene in rice. Senescing leaves accumulated more OsPAP26 protein than new or mature leaves in WT plants . The higher accumulation of OsPAP26 in the senescing leaves implicated that OsPAP26 might play important roles in Pi remobilization in senescing leaves.
