| Title | The single-cell transcriptome analysis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells from obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome patients |

| Description | Obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome (OAPS) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by pregnancy morbidity and persistent antiphospholipid antibody positivity. Recurrent miscarriage is the most common clinical manifestation of OAPS patients. To understand the functional features of the peripheral immune microenvironment in the first trimester of gestation of OAPS patients, we performed single-cell transcriptome sequencing for PBMC from 4 OAPS patients diagnosed with embryo demise and 4 healthy controls who matched for age and gestational weeks. Singleron Matrix NEO Single Cell Processing system was used. The sequencing libraries were constructed using the Illumina Novaseq 6000 platform and 150bp paired-end reads were generated. |
