| Title | The effects of antiphospholipid antibodies on EA.hy926 cells in vitro. |
|---|---|
| Description | We extracted IgG from the serum of six obstetric antiphospholipid syndrome patients to get aPL-IgG. Similarly, HC-IgG was obtained from the serum of six healthy controls. We used aPL-IgG/ recombined beta2 glycoprotein I (beta 2GPI) complex and HC-IgG/ beta 2GPI complex to stimulate EA.hy926 cells for 48 hours. The total RNA of EA.hy926 cells with stimulation was extracted for mRNA sequencing in the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform. There were three biological replicates in each group. |
