| Description | KRAS G12D PDOs treated with MRTX1133 and cetuximab for 0, 2, 3, 7, and 14 days. Each of these five samples were collected and submitted for 10X scRNA-seq sequencing and processed with Cell Ranger with current human genome reference refdata-gex-GRCh38-2020-A. The raw counts were quanlity controlled and preprocessed during analysis to filter cells of low-quality and genes rarely expressed. For the submitted mtx and txt files, the content are the same. The column names specifies time flag (e.g. 0d) before cell identifier. The row names are gene symbols. |
