| Description | The general environment of tumor, namely macroenvironment, including tumor and surrounding organs responding to tumorigenesis, has not been clearly elucidated. Using single-cell and spatial omics, we interpret immune macroenvironment of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients including blood, tumor and 4 layers of gastrointestinal tracts. To profile the immune macroenvironment by the whole transcriptome, we generated scRNA-seq profiles of cells isolated from epithelial layer, lamina propria, submucosa, and muscle muscularis propria of normal colon, tumor tissue, as well as adenoma tissue from patient P28. |
