| Description | We studied 20 spatial sampes by Cytomety by Time-Of-Flight(CyTOF) from 22 colorectal cancer patients incuding 19 treatment-naive patients and 3 patients receiving anti-PD-1 therapy, to unvel the distinct immune profile of tumor, blood, gastrointestinal tracts comprising epithelial layer, lamina propria, submucosa and muscle propria of nommal bowel as well as adjacent bowel issues. in addition, we acquired 20 samples from 4 patients including bulk digested bowel samples,to appraise the different cell type abundance between our tissue disassociation method and traditional digestion method. |
