Title ST-seq
Description The general environment of tumor, namely macroenvironment, including tumor and surrounding organs responding to tumorigenesis, has not been clearly elucidated. Using single-cell and spatial omics, we interpret immune macroenvironment of colorectal cancer (CRC) patients including blood, tumor and 4 layers of gastrointestinal tracts. To map spatial distributions of transcriptomes, we undertook ST on tumor and normal bowel tissues from 3 patients including P14, P22 and P28 with or without ICI treatment.
