Plant Editosome Database - CNCB-NGDC
Plant Editosome Database (PED) is a comprehensive resource dedicated to plant RNA editing. It integrates manually curated editing factors, alongside their experimental details, regulated editing events, and related plant traits. Beyond curated data, PED incorporates candidate editing factors from 364 plant genomes, expression matrices of editing factor hallmark domain-containing genes across diverse biological contexts, and editing site annotations. Additionally, PED is equipped with online analytical tools, including EFDetector and BLASTP.
