Description |
Bacterial resistance poses a serious threat to the ecological environment and human health, in which persistence plays an important role. While Enterococcus faecalis persister, one of the most serious pathogens of iatrogenic infections, has been almost neglected. Here, we established a persistent bacteria model to investigate the effect and potential molecular mechanism of pheromone cCF10 in regulating the formation of persister cells in E. faecalis OG1RF. |
