Description | Endosperm development of rice is closely related to grain yield and providing energy for seed germination. In order to revealed the crucial roles of genetic and epigenetic controls in rice endosperm development, our group collected samples from different stages in diverse cultivars of rice. Together with kinds of approaches, including polyA + and polyA- ribominus transcriptome sequencing, small RNA sequencing and DNA methylation sequencing. Thereby identifying the new transcripts and getting whole transcriptome expression profiling and genome-wide epigenetic modifications information. |
