This web server supports accurate genome annotation for Influenza virus in four types based on the software VADR (Alejandro et al. 2020):
1. Influenza A virus (PB1, PB1-F2, PB2, PA, PA-X, HA, NP, NA, M2, M1, NEP, NS1);
2. Influenza B virus (PB1, PB2, PA, HA, NP, NB, NA, M1, BM2, NEP, NS1);
3. Influenza C virus (PB1, PB2, P3, HE, NP, M1, CM2, NEP, NS1);
4. Influenza D virus (PB1, PB2, P3, HEF, NP, P42, NS1, NS2).
Note: The Ns exists at the start and end of each sequence will be removed before annotation. The sequence coordinates are based on the processed sequence, please refer to both the result files of the sequence and the annotation. For the gene and protein list, please refer to the annotation of
