Mapping the single-cell landscape of acral melanoma and analysis of the molecular regulatory network of the tumor microenvironment
Release date:
2022-01-11
Description:
We collected 8 clinical tissues from 6 patients with acral melanoma, including 4 samples of primary lesions (PL), 3 samples of adjacent tissues (AT), and 1 sample of lymph gland metastasis tissue (LG). Our study delineates the scRNA landscape of AM and describes the molecular regulatory network of TME cells. Together with cytological experiments, we validated some of the results of our analysis, which provided an important reference for AM research.
