The purpose of this program is to dissect the dynamic process of tumor ecosystem development during a time period through ICB treatment, reveal distinct clones and states of immune and non-immune cells in the tumor microenvironment (TME) associated with the clinical outcome, and find potential biomarkers predictive of ICB responsiveness and better survival.
