The probes were designed in the exon region and the
5 'and 3' UTR regions. The probes were hybridized with
the interrupted DNA library fragments of 180bp-280bp.
Biotin on the probes was combined with magnetic beads
containing streptavidin, and the whole human exon
sequencing library was obtained indirectly by enriching
magnetic beads.
