CD4,CD8 and B cells were sorted from lymph nodes of mice immunized with VLS, protein and mRNA on day 3/7/14 and day 28 after the second vaccination for transcriptome analysis. Omicron strain challenge was performed on day 28 after second immunization, and lymph node CD4/CD8 and B cell transcriptome sequencing were performed on day 3 after second immunization. |
