Inactivated total RNA was reverse transcribed into the first strand cDNA and the second strand cDNA was also synthesized. The cDNA was amplified with SPIA and library was prepared and ribosomal cDNA was depleted using Nugen Trio RNA-seq kit according to the manufacter's protocol. The SARS-COV-2 target library was enriched with iGeneTech TargetSeq One nCov kit. The prepared library was sequenced on Ilumina HiSeq X 10 with pair-end 2*150bp read length. The library was sequenced by SuperBitSeq, where the sequences in the fastq files were encoded according to the SuperBitSeq principle and may not reflect the true sequence. |
