Mapping developmental hematopoiesis across stages, species and models

Cross-stages analysis

Cross-stages analysis aim to reveal the developmental hematopoiesis in each species

To achieve a balance between retaining original analysis results of each dataset and enabling systematic data integration, we have developed two strategies for cross-dataset analysis: integrative strategy and non-integrative strategy. 1.Non-integrative sstrategy: Researchers can use individual scRNA-seq datasets, which preserve the original analysis results of each dataset, alongside stage-specific atlases we constructed with systematic and manual cell annotations. This allows for cross-dataset comparison without the need for data integration. 2.Integrative strategy: Researchers can utilize constructed cross-stage references for each species, which involve systematic data integration, to perform direct cross-dataset comparisons.

Non-integrative strategy
