| Description | We performed single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) of six non-metastatic lymph nodes of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC), including three lymph nodes from tumor-draining sides and paired lymph nodes from normal sides. The single cell profiles presented here demonstrated that the microenvironment of tumor-draining lymph nodes and normal-side lymph nodes were more different than previously presumed. |
