An Approach for Differential Diagnosis of Breast tumours by ctDNA Methylation Sequencing
Title | An Approach for Differential Diagnosis of Breast tumours by ctDNA Methylation Sequencing |
---|---|
Description | We developed a 103-marker methylation model using targeted methylation sequencing to differentiate between benign and malignant breast tumors, and we validated its diagnostic performance in a validation set and two independent test sets. We provided patient imaging, molecular typing, and prognostic information to compare the diagnostic performance of the 103-marker methylation model with breast ultrasound, mammography, and different molecular subtypes. Additionally, we utilized the cancer score from the methylation model to predict the prognosis of patients with breast cancer |
