HRA006885 (Controlled Access) | Here, we revealed the composition of TLSs in NPC, by analysing the single-cell and spatial transcriptional profiles. We identified TLS-associated cell subpopulations (germinal centre B, CD4+ T follicular helper, CXCL13+TCF7+CD8+ T cells, and CXCL13+ fibroblasts) in NPC. Moreover, TLS-associated signatures predicted better prognosis and were correlated with immunotherapy outcomes in independent NPC cohorts. |
