Evolution under spatially-heterogeneous selection in solid tumors
Release date:
2022-01-13
Description:
Multi-stage tumorigenesis and clonal evolution model described previously indicate that solid tumor is temporally and spatially heterogeneous, samples collected at different time points or spatial positions providing various genetic information. Based on this, we performed three-dimensional micro-dissection and whole-genome sequencing (WGS) for two tumors at a relatively early stage to comprehensively trace the mutation evolutionary process of tumors and decipher their clonal distribution in three dimensions.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
