Pianno: a probabilistic framework automating semantic annotation for spatial transcriptomics

Description:
We have created a Bayesian framework named Pianno, specifically developed for the automated annotation of biological identities in spatial transcriptomics. To validate the effectiveness of Pianno, we utilized spatial transcriptome data generated in this study, demonstrating its capability to accurately annotate patterns encompassing both anatomical structures and cell types with only a few marker genes.
