Modeling the precise interaction of glioblastoma with human brain region-specific organoids
Release date:
2024-01-27
Description:
To investigate the interactions between glioblastoma and different types of neurons, we used human ESCs to generate dorsal and ventral forebrain organoids (DO/VO), which were subsequently co-cultured with glioblastoma organoids (GB) in three different ways. After a two-week co-culture period, we performed RNA sequencing on a total of 108 organoids, including groups that were co-cultured in different ways and controls that were not co-cultured.
