Total RNA was isolated using TRIZOL (Invitrogen, Carlsbad, CA). The RNA concentration and quality were determined with NanoDrop, Qubit and Agilent 2100 instruments. Total RNA was used to prepare a poly(A)-selected library following the TruSeq v2 guide.Finally, the poly(A)-selected libraries were sequenced on the Illumina HiSeq 2500 platform at the Research Facility Center at Beijing Institutes of Life Science, CAS, with paired-end 150 bp (PE250) kits. |
