For MPP8 ChIP, cells were cross-linked with 2mM DSG in PBS for 30 min, followed with 1% formaldehyde for 10 min at room temperature. The ChIP-seq libraries were constructed with KAPA Hyper Prep Kit (Kapa Biosystems) and NEBNext multiplex oligos for Illumina (NEB) according to the manufacturer's protocol. |
