The data submitted are based on the existing data of the research group, which is the structural information of D-2-HGDH apo form and in complexes with D-2-HG, D-MAL, D-LAC, L-2-HG and 2-OG. Diffraction data were collected from the Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Device BL17U1 and the National Institute of Protein Science BL19U1 and processed with HKL3000. The apo D-2-HGDH structure was solved using Phenix's molecular displacement (MR) method, using the structure of the putative dehydrogenase RPA1076 from (PDB code: 3PM9) as the search model. Taking the apo structure as the search model, the structure of D-2-HGDH in complexes with D-2-HG, D-MAL, D-LAC, L-2-HG and 2-OG was solved by MR method. Models were built manually using Coot and structural refinement using Phenix and Refmac5. The structural analysis was performed using the procedures in the CCP4 suite and all statistical values were within reasonable limits. |
