Single-cell RNA-seq and bulk RNA data of non-small cell lung cancer during neoadjuvant immunotherapy
Release date:
2023-01-28
Description:
Most patients are still refractory to immunotherapy or acquire resistance. We characterized the single-cell transcriptomes of ~92000 cells from 15 non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) before and after neoadjuvant PD-1 blockade combined with chemotherapy to decode immunotherapy resistance mechanisms. In addition, we also performed bulk RNA-seq from another 24 patients before therapy as a validation cohort. Our study offers invaluable resources for uncovering immunotherapy resistance.
For each controlled access study, there is a corresponding Data Access Committee(DAC) to determine the access permissions. Access to actual data files is not managed by NGDC.
