Dataset Statistics

Species

Currently, scMultiModalMap collects single-cell multimodal datasets generated from human (Homo sapiens) and mouse (Mus musculus) samples.

Multimodality Type

ScMultiModalMap supports two major single-cell multimodal sequencing technologies: CITE-seq (gene expression & surface protein abundance) and 10x Multiome (gene expression & chromatin accessibility). As more data becomes available, we plan to expand support to include additional multimodal sequencing types.

Source

Currently, scMultiModalMap collects data from GEO, 10x Genomics and ENCODE. More data source will be considered in the future.

Protocol

10x Genomics sequencing protocol information is collected for all datasets. Please note that you can click the small square labels to hide/show corresponding items in the pie chart.

Antibody Panel

Antibody panels used in CITE-seq datasets are shown below. Considering the standardization of antibodies, only CITE-seq datasets using TotalSeq antibody panels are collected.

Sample Source

Sample sources of datasets are shown below. Please note that sample sources with less than 3 corresponding datasets are classified into others.

Cell Counts

Cell counts (after quality control) of datasets are shown below. Please note that data area can be translated when moving in coordinates, and scaling can be achieved when mouse rolls (similar with touch pad) in coordinates or when touches and moved with two fingers in coordinates on touch screens. You can also use the bottom slider to select the data area.
