ICG is a curated knowledgebase of internal control genes (or reference genes) for RT-qPCR normalization in a variety of species. Based on literature curation, ICG provides a comprehensive collection of high-quality experimentally verified internal control genes and their application scenarios for both model and non-model organisms.
