A total of 4 advanced search modules were provided in CancerSCEM. User can directly access into cancer single-cell RNA-seq projects or datasets of interest by inputting or selecting specific Project ID/Sample ID/Accession No., Cancer type or its corresponding abbreviation, Gene symbol/ID or particular Construction protocol. When searching by gene, we additionally provided a list of important immune checkpoint molecules which are widely used in clinical immunotherapies, the information of their expressions in diverse cancer types could thus help clinicians choosing the optimal targets for immunotherapy.
