LncExpDB

Version 2.0

Expression Database of Human Long non-coding RNAs

LncExpDB identifies and characterizes immunotherapy-responsive genes across multiple cancer types, determines genes exhibiting high expression levels, and predicts lncRNA-mRNA interactions based on co-expression network analysis.

  • To better understand how featured lncRNA genes respond to immunotherapy, we investigated their correlations with tumor microenvironment (TME) signatures and cell types.
  • Click on the or dot to view detailed Tumor Microenvironment signature correlations, as well as the distribution of gene expression levels across responders and non-responders in a specific cancer type.

  • Click on the "Expression Levels" Box plot to view the expression levels of the selected lncRNA across datasets, with its average highlighted alongside the overall gene expression average.
  • H, M, L, NE are used to represent lncRNA expression Levels. For specifics, please refer to Help > 2.5
  • Use the filter on the right to identify genes with cancer-specific expression levels: High (H), Medium (M), or Low (L).
  • Filter results by entering keywords in the Search box at the top right of the Table.
