    • The LncExpDB Reproduction module collects lncRNA gene expression data across five stages of human female oocyte development: Primordial, Primary, Secondary, Antral, and Preovulatory.
    This data is used to depict the expression patterns of lncRNAs at these stages.

    • Click on the Chart in Expression Levels to get an overview of the expression levels of the corresponding lncRNA across multiple datasets.
    • Filter results by entering keywords in the Search box at the top right of the Table.

    • Click on the Overview Chart in Expression Levels to get an overview of the expression levels of the corresponding lncRNA across multiple datasets.
    • H, M, L, NE are used to represent lncRNA expression Levels. For specifics, please refer to Help > 2.5
    • Filter results by entering keywords in the Search box at the top right of the Table.

    Interaction

    • By clicking the tab of “Interactions”, you can select specific datasets of interest and browse the cis or trans interactions between lncRNAs and mRNAs.
    • Moreover, user can select a specific group of interaction by custom thresholds or search the related interactions by lncRNA/protein-coding id or symbol.
