🔎 How to Use LncNet

This tool visualizes interaction networks between lncRNAs and mRNAs based on Spearman correlation. You can explore high-confidence co-expression patterns for your gene of interest.

1. Enter a gene ID or symbol (required).
   → You can enter either a lncRNA Symbol / Id.
2. Set optional filters:
   • Edge width: Number of biological contexts in which the interaction occurs (default: 1).
   • Max number of nodes: Limits the number of nodes in the graph (default: 50).
3. Click "Update Chart" to view the network graph.
4. Click a node to display the Detail Table.
