The Pango Lineage Assigner supports Pango lineage assigned for submitted SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences based on the software Pangolin. The Phylogenetic Placement can display the placement of the sequence confirmed as SARS-CoV-2 within the global reference tree. And support users to customize the fields displayed in the reference tree.
