Computing Meta-Storms distances between samples and visualizing through heatmaps and cluster analysis.

PM-comp-taxa computes taxonomic distances using OTU abundance profiles with multiple algorithms including weighted/unweighted Meta-Storms, suitable for microbial community structure comparison.
